In short

Who we are

What these terms are

They describe how the private pilot works. Your written quote, once you accept it, sets the binding terms of your order: scope, dates, total and the services that will process your photographs. If your quote and this page differ, your quote applies.

What the pilot includes

Fit check and quote

The first step is a free fit check by email. You don’t upload photographs and you’re under no obligation. If the pilot fits, we send a written quote with the scope, dates and total. Nothing starts until you accept it.

Price and payment

The pilot price is €390. Your written quote shows the total, including any tax that applies, before you accept. You pay half when you accept the quote and the rest after you approve the preview, before the final files are released. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Test shots

After the first payment and your approval of the five-shot plan, we make two representative test shots and send them to you. You can point out anything that differs from your photographs. If the test shots can’t be made faithful, we stop and refund the first payment in full.

Faithfulness

The camera movement is generated with AI from your photographs. Every shot is compared with its photograph. If the AI adds, removes or changes anything, the shot is redone or replaced with another of your photographs. If we can’t deliver the agreed five-shot film faithfully, we refund what you’ve paid. The film is not filmed footage or a walkthrough, and it won’t show a room or a view your photographs don’t.

Dates

Dates are confirmed in your quote, before you pay anything.

If you change your mind

Before work starts, you get your payment back. After that, your quote lists what each completed stage costs, and we only charge for stages you’ve accepted. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
